Semi-automatic machines suit start-ups and large formats: 900 to 2,000 bottles per hour, including 5 gallon and 10 L bottles. Fully automatic servo machines with 2 to 6 cavities make 2,000 to 10,000 bottles per hour for small bottles in larger plants.

How do I match the blowing machine to my filling machine?

Choose a blower whose output is equal to or slightly higher than your filler. For example, a 5,000 bottles-per-hour filling line needs a blowing machine that makes at least 5,000 bottles per hour of the same bottle size.

What comes with the machine?

Every line ships with a preform feeder, moulds, a high-pressure air system and a 12–24 month warranty (depending on the machine).

Can one machine make different bottle sizes?

Yes. Each bottle shape needs its own mould; tell us all your bottle sizes when you request a quote so the right moulds are included.

Do you install the machine and train our staff?

Yes. ServoLines engineers handle on-site installation, commissioning and operator training, with spare parts and technical support afterwards.
