1. Technical Process:
High-pressure air compressor → High-pressure air tank → High-pressure filter → High-pressure air dryer → Low-pressure air compressor → Low-pressure air filters → Low-pressure air dryer → Mold chiller → Automatic blowing machine.
2. Feature:
- A horizontal rotation transfer system makes construction and maintenance easier and reduces the cost of spare part change.
- Compact preform heating distance design for efficient heating and reduce energy consumption.
- Using a hard claw to catch the preform and bottle, resistance to wear with long life.
- Mold closing adopts CAM linkage, no chainplate pin shaft making its small volume and long lift.
- stainless steel pipes make the air clean without pollution.
- Servo motor drive system with synchronized base blow mold for fast response operation, precision blowing valve for high output.
- Slip for bottle mold make the installation easier.
- Touch-panel control system for simple operation with 9 inch LCD screen.
